These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the QR Gen 4U application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non‑commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA.

2. Subscriptions & billing

The App offers optional auto‑renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly and Yearly) that unlock premium features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; any free trial period (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it to create, scan, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and content are owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws. Codes you generate from your own content remain yours.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every barcode symbology or scan will be error‑free in all conditions. You are responsible for verifying generated codes before use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
