Frequently asked

• The camera doesn't scan. Make sure camera access is allowed in iOS Settings → Privacy → Camera, and that there is enough light.
• How do I restore my subscription? Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases", or use "Restore" on the premium screen.
• How do I cancel a subscription? Manage it any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
• Where is my scan history? In the History tab. It is stored only on your device.
